This phase is the most delicate in the company’s lifecycle: after the start-up and achieving the targets set in the first Business Plan, two options are offered:
1. The first is to consolidate the acquired market and not consider the acquisition of new ones, therefore not to seek business expansion – a decision that is not in alignment with our business standards;
2. The second option is to evaluate the capital in the company’s reserve in order to plan the acquisition of new markets, expand the business itself. After a careful search for suitable shareholders and partners, essential for the development and acquisition of new, rapidly expanding markets that are difficult to enter, a decision whether to go public or not should be made.
